With over 20 years of hands-on experience owning and managing her own investment properties, she understands both the operational and ownership sides of real estate. Dawn is married and the proud mother of two boys. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, renovating homes, and baking, interests that reflect her creativity and attention to detail.

He excels in running an efficient team of maintenance technicians, ensuring prompt service, well-maintained communities, and exceptional living experiences for residents. His commitment to quality, efficiency, and resident satisfaction makes him a vital asset in property management.
Amber - Leasing Agent
Amber has been a dedicated member of the Root Management team since 2012 and has worked in property management since 2009. With over 17 years of experience, she has held a variety of roles, giving her a strong operational understanding of the industry.
She supports operations, onboarding, and staff training, and is the team’s go-to resource for software and systems. Amber lives in Mishawaka with her husband and two sons and enjoys gardening and hosting backyard barbecues.
Beth - Assistant Property Manager
Beth is a Licensed Realtor® and serves as our Assistant Property Manager. With a background in real estate and a strong focus on resident relations, she supports the day-to-day operations of the community, including lease renewals and tenant services. Since joining our team in October of 2025, Beth has been dedicated to providing responsive communication and helping create a positive living experience for our residents. She takes pride in building strong relationships within the community and contributing to a well-managed property environment.
